A one year contract is requested, other terms may be negotiable.

This is a non-smoking rental.

Hot Tub maintence and repairs are not provided by the landlord. THE HOT TUB WAS REMOVED IN 2015.

A recent copy of your credit report is a requirement for your application to be considered.

Upon receipt of your completed application and a recent copy of your credit report, if you request, a copy of our rental contract may be provided.
